Cost should never be the reason someone with drive, curiosity, and a great idea gets left on the sidelines. Our Student & Pay-What-You-Can program provides coworking access for students and individuals facing financial hardship.

Nonprofit Event Space
Big missions deserve a place to be heard.
Nonprofits have some of the most important things to say—and often the smallest budgets to say them with. We make The Visionary available to qualifying nonprofit organizations at or near cost, giving them a memorable place to gather their communities, share their mission, teach, celebrate, and create change.

In the same entrepreneurial spirit that has defined Los Molinos for generations, we reserve limited space for emerging founders and early-stage businesses that just need a place—and a little momentum—to get started.
